Why this exists.

Drawish is a free drawing request site, run by one person. Someone writes a wish, describing what they want sketched, a pet, a person, a place, something imagined. It goes into a queue. It gets drawn by hand, in pencil, no AI involved at any point.

The reasoning is simple: most commission sites exist to sell a service. Drawish exists because drawing for people is worth doing on its own, without a price tag attached to whether someone gets a piece at all. Nobody pays to get in line, and nobody pays for a faster spot in it.

There is no login here, and there will not be one. Submitting a wish only asks for an email, so there is somewhere to send the finished piece. That is the entire account system.

Turnaround is usually 3 to 5 days. When the queue grows, it takes longer, and everyone waits in the same line regardless of when they showed up on the site or how much attention their request has gotten.

If a finished piece is worth something to you, there is a tip option on its page once it is done. It is entirely optional, and a piece is never held back or delayed based on whether a tip comes through.
