1. What Drawish is

Drawish is a free pencil drawing request service operated by one person. There are no staff artists, no outsourcing, and no AI generation involved in any finished piece. Requests are drawn in the order they are received, at the operator's discretion.

2. Eligibility and age requirements

Drawish is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18. By using the site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher. Content marked NSFW is gated behind an age confirmation and must not be accessed by anyone under 18 under any circumstance.

3. Submitting a wish

You confirm that the email address you provide belongs to you. Drawish does not verify email ownership; submitting a false or someone else's email without authorization is your responsibility, not Drawish's. You are responsible for the content of your request. Requests that are illegal, involve real identifiable minors in any sexual or suggestive context, depict non-consensual acts as if real, infringe on a third party's rights, or are otherwise abusive may be refused or skipped without notice and without explanation.

Turnaround times stated on the site are estimates based on current queue length, not guarantees. Drawish is a free, one-person service, not a paid commission governed by a delivery contract.

4. Ownership of finished artwork

The operator of Drawish retains copyright in each finished drawing. By requesting and receiving a piece, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to keep, display, and share that piece for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, or use the artwork commercially without separate written permission. Drawish also retains the right to display finished pieces in the public gallery on this site, including pieces marked NSFW, which are shown blurred behind an age gate.

5. Tips and payments

Tips are voluntary and processed by Ko-fi and its payment providers, not by Drawish directly. Homepage placement is a paid, time-limited feature processed by Dodo Payments. All payments are handled by these third-party processors under their own terms; Drawish does not store payment card details. Purchased homepage placement runs for the duration selected at checkout and is not guaranteed to produce any specific amount of traffic, views, or engagement.

Except where required by law or where a payment was made in clear error, payments and tips are non-refundable, including for homepage placement time not fully used.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Drawish to submit requests that are unlawful, to harass or impersonate another person, to submit sexual content involving minors in any form, to attempt to bypass the NSFW age gate, to interfere with or attack the site's infrastructure, or to submit payment through fraudulent or unauthorized means.

7. No warranty

Drawish is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The operator does not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Drawish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, loss of a submitted request, or any dispute with a third-party payment processor. Drawish's total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to Drawish in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator of Drawish harmless from any claim, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from content you submitted, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

10. Termination

The operator may refuse service, decline a request, or block access to the site for any user, at any time, without prior notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Drawish is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
