1. Respecting copyright

Drawish respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from anyone submitting a request. If content published on Drawish, including a gallery piece or reference material tied to a wish, infringes on your copyright, you can request its removal.

2. How to submit a takedown request

Send a request through the contact page with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The specific URL or location on Drawish where the material appears
• Your contact information, including a valid email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your request is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete requests may take longer to process or may not be actionable.

3. Review and removal

Valid requests are reviewed and, where warranted, the material is removed or disabled without undue delay. The person who submitted the original wish, if their contact information is on file, may be notified of the removal.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material you submitted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through the contact page, including the material removed, its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction described in Drawish's Terms of Use.

5. Repeat infringement

Requests found, at the operator's discretion, to repeatedly involve infringing material may be refused future service.

6. A note on formal status

Drawish is a small, independently operated project. This policy describes a good-faith notice-and-takedown process and does not itself constitute a formal statement of registration with any government copyright office. It is handled directly by the operator through the contact page.
