Privacy policy.

Last updated August 2026.

1. What this covers

This policy explains what Drawish collects, why, and how it is used. Drawish has no user accounts and no login, so most of what is described here is tied to a specific wish, not to a person.

2. Information collected

When you submit a wish, Drawish stores:

  • The wish description and any reference notes you provide
  • The email address you provide, used to send status updates about that specific wish
  • Whether the request is marked NSFW
  • If you enable browser notifications, a push subscription (a technical identifier your browser generates), used only to notify you when that wish is finished

If you use the contact form, Drawish stores the name (if given), email, and message you submit, solely to respond to you.

Drawish uses a small number of functional cookies: one to remember which gallery pieces you have liked from your browser, so a refresh does not let you like the same piece twice, and one to keep an administrator logged into the admin panel. Neither cookie is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. How information is used

Wish details and your email are used to draw and deliver your piece, and to send you the confirmation, and completion emails, and, if enabled, a browser notification when it is done. Contact form messages are used only to respond to your message.

4. Third-party services

Drawish relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting, image storage, and the database that stores wishes
  • Brevo, to send transactional emails such as confirmations and completion notices
  • Ko-fi and its payment providers, to process voluntary tips
  • Dodo Payments, to process paid homepage placement purchases

Each of these services processes the minimum information needed to perform its function, for example your email to send an email, or payment details directly with the payment processor, which Drawish never sees or stores. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

5. What is never done with your data

Your email is never sold, rented, or used for marketing unrelated to your own wish. Drawish does not run advertising and does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

6. Data retention

Finished, published wishes and their artwork remain visible in the public gallery indefinitely, since the gallery is a core part of the site. You may request removal of your wish, its artwork, or your email from Drawish's records at any time through the contact page.

7. Children's privacy

Drawish is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to Drawish, contact through the contact page and it will be removed.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information Drawish holds about a wish you submitted, by contacting through the contact page and providing the email address used at submission.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

10. Contact
